Commercial On-Site Service:
We offer an on-site service for £165.00 + VAT- this includes the call out, labour, general service and replacement of any mechanical wear and tear parts such as lock levers, adjustment levers, chain etc. and other necessary parts if required or if they show substantial wear..Additional bikes can be booked for an on-site service for £100 + VAT per bike. Please note, that if you require 10+ bikes to be serviced there will be a surcharge, email [email protected] to obtain a quote.The above price is only valid for mainland UK postcodes, some areas will incur a surcharge.
This service does not include any electrical issues such as replacement circuit boards or monitor servicing. Please see the options below.Please note, broken bottle cages are replaced as part of a standard on-site service, provided that the screws are not damaged. Damaged screws will require drilling out at our HQ, and will result in an additional labour cost, as well as logistical charges.
Strain Gauge Servicing and Replacement:
We offer a strain gauge replacement service for £241.66 + VAT. This includes the collection and redelivery fee, the strain gauge, labour and recalibration of your Wattbike. No other components will be replaced within this service.This service should only be booked and arranged following interaction and diagnosis of a strain gauge fault with our Technical Support Team. We endeavour to troubleshoot and diagnose issues to the best of our ability remotely; however, there may be instances where initial diagnostics differ from those made in person by our trained engineers. In such cases, any logistical fees will still apply, but you will only be charged for the work and parts that are required.
General Service & Strain Gauge Replacement at Wattbike HQ:
We offer a combination of the above services (General Service & Strain Gauge replacement) for £375 +VAT. This includes the collection and redelivery fee, the strain gauge replacement & recalibration, general service including replacement of any mechanical wear and tear parts such as lock levers, adjustment levers, chain etc. and other necessary parts if required or if they show substantial wear..This service should only be booked and arranged following interaction and diagnosis of a strain gauge fault with our Technical Support Team. The above price is only valid for mainland UK postcodes, some areas will incur a logistics surcharge.On occasion, this service may also incur an additional labour fee if your Wattbike is in poor condition. To prevent this, we suggest regular maintenance and cleaning and ensuring your Wattbike has been thoroughly cleaned prior to collection.
